Fishing Reports

This page was updated 6/5/10

This report was submitted by Jim McClintic of Memphis, MO on 12/14/09

Date of trip: 12/1/09
Times fished: not specified
Air Temperature: Comfy
Weather: Sunny
Water Level: Average
Water quality: Slightly clouded
What worked: Small Maribou Jigs

Using a spinning outfit with 4-pound test with a stike indicator about 2 feet above the jigs -- justing casting out and watching the float. Seven times this fall, I've fished off the floating dock and at the north end of the pond. Have had sevral lunkers break my line before I realized finally to back off my drag. Have enjoyed fishing like I never have at the trout parks. Strike indicator and small jigs is a blast.

Thanks Jim!
